In the early 1990s, LucasArts created a computer game called "The Dig" based on a Spielberg story idea. He was also a designer on the video game "Boom Blox" for Wii.

This is Penn and Teller's second appearance in an FMV game. They also produced the unreleased Sega CD game "Penn & Teller's Smoke and Mirrors." It was slated for release in 1995 but the developer, Absolute Entertainment, went out of business.

Barry Corbin (Warden) portrayed Jackson Cross in The Pandora Directive. He also appeared as General Ben Carville in the Command & Conquer games: Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge and Red Alert - Retaliation.
